All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Check-in is from 2pm on the day of your arrival unless arranged otherwise with hotel.

Check-out on the day of departure is from 10.30am unless arranged otherwise with the hotel. Cars can be left in the hotel car park for the remainder of the day after check out.

Cars are left in the hotel’s car park at the owner’s risk; the hotel cannot take responsibility for vehicles on site.

Cancellations after 2pm 24 hours before check in will be charged in full. Bookings of over 4 nights and/or of 4 or more rooms are subject to a 7 day cancellation policy. Payment in full for the entire booking is required if cancelled within this time. Payment in full or of the remaining balance is payable on check out. Account customers will be charged a 10% invoice fee – this is not payable if accounts are settled within 7 days.

Aylestone Court Hotel is strictly a No Smoking venue. There will be a £100 charge for guests who smoke in their room or anywhere else inside the building. This fine may be sent after check out, should evidence of smoking be found.

We operate a Responsible Drinking policy (alcohol). It is strictly prohibited to consume alcohol purchased outside of the hotel within any area including bedrooms. Alcohol will only be served to guests who are over the age of 18. We operate a Challenge 25 policy; if a guest appears to be 25 or under (or someone for whom alcohol is being bought) then photographic ID will be requested. Any person over the age of 16 may responsibly drink wine, beer or cider with a meal, but they must be accompanied by an adult.

We follow the Food Standard safety guidelines and all allergens will be labelled on menus.

Families are very welcome at Aylestone Court but we ask that younger children are accompanied by adults at all times. Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets other than Assistance animals.
